This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit najiba.ventures or contact us. This website is operated by Najiba Ventures Limited, a private company registered in England and Wales (company number 17292403), whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are the controller of your personal data.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our enquiry form or by email: your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your telephone number, location, preferred dates and the content of your message. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Our hosting provider records standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in security logs to keep the site available and protected from abuse.

We never sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you have separately asked us to.

We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to further work are deleted within 24 months. Where we go on to work together, records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the period required by UK tax and company law (normally six years).
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it to be transferred. Write to info@najiba.ventures; we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority. If you are in the UAE, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) also gives you comparable rights.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking technologies. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect against automated attacks; it contains no personal profile and does not require consent.

If we change this notice we will update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
