From the bridge to the atelier
Najiba Ventures was founded by a serving superyacht Master whose career has run from luxury retail in London to command at sea. That combination — an eye for how fine things are made and presented, and the discipline of running complex, high-value vessels — is the foundation of everything we do.
The company is registered in London and works from Dubai and Colombo, close to the yards, clients and craftspeople we rely on.
What we hold to
We do not publish client names, assets or transactions. Most of our work is introduced privately.
We are paid by the owner we represent, never by the other side of a transaction.
We favour things made well and made to last, and we look after them accordingly.
